Ghost Riders

Em G
An ole cowpoke went riding out, one dark and windy day.
Their brands were still on fire, and their hooves were made of steel
As the riders rode on by him, he heard one call his name

Em G
He stopped upon a ridge to rest as he went upon his way
Their horns were black and shiney, and their hot breath he could feel
If you want to save your soul from hell a rid'en on our range.

Em G
When all at once a mighty heard of red-eyed cows he saw.
A bolt of fear went through him as they thundered 'cross the sky
Then cowboy change you ways today or with us you will ride.

C Em
Plow'en cross the ragged sky, and up the cloudly draw.
He saw the riders come'n hard, and heard their mournful cry.
and try to catch the devil's heard, across the endless sky.

  Em G Em C D Em
Yipee-Yi ah, Yipee - Yi oh, Ghost riders in the sky
